Following a diss from “Real Houswives of New Jersey” castmate Jacqueline Laurita, Teresa Guidice, has officially quit Twitter.

On Guidice’s blog, she explained her Twitter exit.

“As for the craziness on Twitter, I don’t think it’s a very healthy place to be right now (I just can’t take anyone who’s suddenly friends again with Kim G. seriously, sorry!), so I’m going to slowly slip out of it, and maybe take a little break for a while. I have a big project I have to work on, and I want to spend every other second with my family. Don’t worry, I’ll be back!,” she stated.

In past weeks, drama plagued the cast of “Real Housewives of New Jersey” and Twitter was the main outlet for a harsh exchange of words.

Jacqueline Laurita, the normally quiet and drama-free cast member, grew fed up with Teresa.

“Teresa is scum!” tweeted Laurita.

She went on to explain why through a series of Twitter postings that included:

“I feel nauseous and feverish. No reunion for me.Sorry guys.XOXO!”

“Someone( not me) got set up tonight. There are some sneaky people trying to make someone look bad & then play innocent on camera. Sad.”

“I can’t be part of the Charade anymore. It’s unsettling. It’s disturbing & against what I stand for. I’m a REAL housewife.”

As we previously reported, the reason for Laurita’s Twitter rant is that Guidice apparently spread a rumor that cast member and her sister-in-law, Melissa Gorga is a former stripper, which Gorga denies.

“Teresa told me that ‘rumor’ about Melissa when she first started the show,” Laurita tweeted.

“She wanted her out then. She plotted it. She played dumb on camera and even defended Melissa,” tweeted Laurita, who is reportedly talking about when Gorga was approached by her alleged old boss from the strip club during a fashion show and Guidice reportedly defended her.

“There is even a lot more to the story that will eventually come out. She’s no good and yes…she has stabbed me in the back plenty of times,” she added.
