Obituary: Merle G. Steiner

Merle G. Steiner, 85, of Farmingdale, passed away Nov. 4, 2011. Husband of Irene. Father of Paul, Alan (Maureen), Todd (Michelle) and Joan (Vito). Brother of Bernice Wegman. Grandfather of eight. Active member of the Verizon Telephone Pioneers, Farmingdale AARP Chapter 3967 and longtime usher at St. Kilian RC Church. Arrangements were made by Arthur F. White Funeral Home. Funeral Mass was held Nov. 9 at St. Kilian RC Church with interment at Pinelawn Memorial Park. Donations may be sent in Merle’s memory to St. Kilian RC Church, 485 Conklin St. Farmingdale, NY 11735.
