Recently single Matt Barnes, has been rumored to be seeing A-list actress, Eva Longoria, although both deny any romance.
In recent weeks, Eva Longoria and the L.A. Lakers player have been spotted out together, fueling the rumors. And the latest spotting came this week, when, according to TMZ, Longoria picked up Barnes at LAX airport.
The rumors first started a few weeks ago when the two were caught having dinner together—Eva Longoria and the LA Lakers player were spotted having dinner at II Mulino in New York.
This followed a night in October when the two were spotted partying at Club Nikki in Las Vegas.
Longoria shot down the rumors and posted to her Who Say account, ”First Jessica Simpson, now this. Once again, press gets it wrong, Matt Barnes and I are not dating!”
“Why is the truth never the headline?” read the post.
“Eva and Matt are friends and are working together doing charity work for Eva’s Padres Contra El Cancer. She was at the dinner amongst her other friends,” a representative for Eva, said, according to Ace Show Biz.
There may be no truth to the rumors, and the two may be just friends as Longoria is still reportedly dating Penelope Cruz’s younger brother, Eduardo.
As we previously reported, in recent months, Barnes announced his split with the “Basketball Wives L.A.” star through an emailed statement saying, “I’d like to address the rumors surrounding mine and Gloria’s relationship.”
“We have reached the difficult decision of ending our relationship and will be going our separate ways at this time. We will work together to raise our sons and wish each other only the best,” the statement read.
