Frank Portelli, 80, of Hicksville, formerly of Brooklyn, passed away Feb. 23, 2012. Husband of the late Jean. Father of Joann and John (Lina). Grandfather of Elizabeth. Arrangements were made by Arthur F. White Funeral Home. Funeral Mass was held Feb. 27 at St. Martin of Tours RC Church with interment at St. Charles Cemetery.
