Anybody tired of these daily Peyton Manning reports?

Well, some of us are, but until the future hall of famer decides what team he’ll play for in 2012 then they will keep on coming.

Here’s the latest.

The Tennessee Titans confirmed that they met with the free agent quarterback in Knoxville. Big news in Tennessee world.

The team wanted everyone to know so bad that they issued a statement from their general manager through Twitter.

We know you’re dying to know, so here’s the tweet from the team’s official account.

GM Ruston Webster: “This morning we traveled to Knoxville and had a workout with Peyton. I thought he looked comfortable throwing the ball and we had a good visit. This is another important step in the process.”

Manning has apparently dwindled down the list of teams he’s interested in joining after sitting out the entire 2011 season because of a neck injury.

According to reports, the list of teams includes the Titans, Denver Broncos and San Francisco 49ers.

The Associated Press reported that Manning spent eight hours with the Titans’ front office on Wednesday.

He also worked out for the 49ers and the Broncos earlier this week, according to reports.

Broncos V.P of Football Operations, John Elway, also took to Twitter, and sounded pleased about meeting Manning recently.

“We enjoyed visiting with Peyton today in N.C.,” he said. “He threw the ball great and looked very comfortable out there.”

Elway added: “Watching him throw today was the next step in this important process for our team and Peyton. It was a productive visit and went well.”

The NFL Network reported on Friday that Manning is expected to choose a team next week.
