Bobby Brown is used to being in trouble with the law and on Monday at 12:20 p.m. Brown was arrested in the San Fernando Valley for suspicion of driving under the influence, according to law enforcement officials.

The LA Times reports, Brown was taken into custody on the corner of Victory Boulevard and Wilbur Avenue, as stated by California Highway Patrol officer Mike Harris. He was pulled over when the authorities spotted him talking on his cellphone. After sensing that Brown might have been under the influence, officers administered a field sobriety test, Harris said.

Four days prior to Brown’s arrest, the Los Angeles County Coroner’s office Brown’s ex-wife, Whitney Houston’s autopsy results were released.

According to L.A. County Chief Coroner Craig Harvey the late singer, Whitney Houston, appeared to have been using cocaine “in the time period just immediately prior to her collapse in the bathtub at the hotel.” Houston was only 48-years-old on February 11 when she lost her life. It was determined that she accidently drown after she had a “heart episode” partly due to her cocaine use.

It is possible that Houston had a gross amount of cocaine in her system since authorities would not reveal how much of cocaine was in her body.  However, the coroner’s operations chief, Harvey, revealed that the toxicology reports “suggested chronic usage” of cocaine.

Although Houston and Brown were married for 14 years, their marriage dissipated due to both of them abusing drugs, Brown constantly getting in trouble with authorities and supposed of domestic abuse.

A year of Bobby and Whitney’s dysfunctional relationship was exploited on the reality shows “Being Bobby Brown,” which also featured their daughter, Bobbi Kristina Brown.
