Shoppers looking to buy something from Best Buy may have to do so the old-fashioned way because the electronic retailer’s website is currently down.
The retailer announced on a message on its site that the website is temporarily down due to planned maintenance and should be back up again around 3 p.m. ET Wednesday.
The maintenance will “enhance your online shopping experience,” according to the message posted on the website.

Although most of the site is down, shoppers can still access the retailer’s weekly ads and store locator.
According to the website, Bestbuy.com has been down since 10 p.m. Tuesday.
The company said purchases made before the site went down will still be processed, but shoppers won’t receive any e-mails regarding their purchases.
Customers won’t be able to check an order status either.
