In keeping with tradition, the Village of Williston Park held its Annual Easter Egg Hunt for children of all ages (and some adults) at Kelleher Field in Williston Park on Sunday, April 1.
It was an overcast and rather chilly day, but that did not deter hundreds of children from coming to Kelleher Field with baskets in hand to capture the hidden eggs.
Eggs were stashed in three locations. The first was for the very young children in the playground area, the larger field was reserved for the older children and behind the fence were eggs hidden for adults. For those lucky enough to find them, they were rewarded with lotto tickets. Everyone was able to get in on the fun.
