Most people have seen the first trailer for “The Five-Year Engagement” and are looking forward to the summer flick.

It’s an upcoming comedy starring Jason Segel and Emily Blunt and follows the couple, Picture 134Tom and Violet, as they continually delay their nuptials thanks to obstacles like jobs and religious customs.

In the first trailer viewers watch as Tom proposes to Violet and the start planning their wedding. The plans take a backseat to careers though, when Violet gets a tempting job offer. The couple plans to delay the wedding two years but that’s only the beginning of the delays; in one scene the delay caused one relative to miss the wedding because she died!

Following the first trailer’s release, a second teaser was released and gives a better look into one scene. The scene shares a sit down with Tom and Violet and their respective families to discuss religious customs for the wedding. Violet, Christian and Tom, Jewish, find it harder to plan the wedding than they thought. The two go on to fight about yarmulkes, where Violet claims she doesn’t think they’re necessary, to which Tom fights and reveals he keeps his in the “Jewish drawer.”

The film was written by Segel and Stoller and will hit theaters nationwide April 27. Check it out.
