Aubrey O’Day, the former Danity Kane singer, duked it out with almost every celebrity that appeared on Donald Trump’s “Celebrity Apprentice,” but her fight came to an end when The Donald fired her on Sunday night’s episode, leaving Clay Aiken and Arsenio Hall to fight for the winning spot.
In an interview with EW.com, Aubrey reflected on the show and discussed whether or not she should have been kicked off.
Aubrey said she should have been in the final two because when Trump asked the three why they should stay, Aubrey was the only one to say she was the strongest.
“I was the only one out of the three of us to say that I was the strongest player there,” she said. “I mean, it’s a confidence factor, it’s just a fact. I worked the hardest, I had the most ideas, and the thing about this show is it’s not a show about building teams.
“It’s not a show about a team winning,” she continued. “It’s a show about one person winning. It’s a show about one person being able to be the most effective leader, and you know, there is no I in team, but there is an I in leadership, and that is what this show is about.”
But not everything that happened on “Celebrity Apprentice” was all work driven. There was also an episode where Clay planted a fat, juicy kiss on Aubrey.
“…I think that Clay’s a fun guy and I know he likes the boys, but obviously, you know me, I’m like the girl that can turn all the gay boys straight,” she joked to EW.com, “So maybe Clay will get straight and come try to hit on me a little bit. And I’ll turn him down.”
Do you think Aubrey shouldn’t have been fired?
