Nick Stahl, the “Terminator 3” actor who has been missing for about a week has been found and entered rehab, according to E! News.

Nick’s wife, Rose, told E! News last Friday, “He wants to be well. He’s a good man and we want him home so we can help him.”

Nick’s whereabouts weren’t completely unknown, he had supposedly emailed a friend to let the friend know he entered rehab, but his family was skeptical.

The 32-year-old had been “really working hard” to get sober during the time he was missing, according to his wife.

Rose filed a missing person report on Monday after Stahl entered treatment without telling anyone where he was.

E! News explains Stahl’s dissapearing stint in rehab happens about three months after wife Rose filed court papers stating the couple was no longer living together and that she wanted custody of their two-year-old son, Mario Murphy.

In the court documents Rose filed expressed concern, stating that Stahl might have been using drugs. She requested that Stahl must be clean of any drugs for 24 hours before he would be able to visit their daughter. Rose additionally wanted a professional to monitor Stahl’s visits with their daughter.

Stahl, 32, first started getting media attention when he was arrested for refusing to pay a cab fare of $84.

As a result, the terminator actor spent the night in jail for the offense and plead no contest for stiffing the cab driver.

Get well soon Nick.
