The last episode of Bethenny Frankel’s reality show “Bethenny Ever After” aired last night and Bethenny couldn’t seem to keep her eyes dry as she said goodbye to her personal assistant, Julie Plake.
Julie is leaving Bethenny and her show to pursue another career opportunity. But it’s not like Bethenny is going to be fending for herself, she still has plenty of people to help take care of her menial business.
As rumors swirl over an “imminent” divorce between Jason Hoppy and Frankel, who is supposedly pregnant with his child, Frankel was more torn over Julie ‘s departure.
“I know it will be fine once this moment passes,” a sad Bethenny lamented over Julie leaving. “But right now it’s too much.”
The two had a pretty close relationship. In the final episode of season three, producers re-caped all of the best moments the friends has on the show.
“I wanted to thank all of you for the positive thoughts and support throughout this whole journey,” Julie wrote on her Bravo blog. “Working for Bethenny and creating an unbreakable bond with her family truly changed and molded me as a person, and has allowed me to take the next step of my life with confidence. You have all helped build Bethenny’s empire and your constant support has allowed her to take the next step—her talk show. Although I am not directly working for Bethenny anymore, I am supporting from a distance and keep very close to her and her family.”
