Teen pop and television sensation Miley Cyrus has a thing for tattoos. She’s been sporting ink even before she turned 18 and was legally allowed to get a tattoo on her own.

This week, the 19-year-old was spotted with a new piece of body art.

“So that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who knew neither victory nor defeat,” reportedly reads her newest ink job, a quote from former U.S. president Theodore Roosevelt’s speech, “Citizenship in a Republic.”

The new tattoo was spotted on the inside of her left arm and photo proof was snapped by paparazzi Tuesday when she left a West Hollywood Pilates class, according to People magazine.

The tat is just one of many that Cyrus has on her body. Last year, she got a small tattoo of an equal sign on her finger in support of gay marriage.

“All LOVE is equal,” she posted on Twitter last year, along with a post of a photo showing off her tiny tat.

It wasn’t the only finger tattoo though, she also has a cross on another finger and a heart on another. Additionally, she has the word “Love” tattooed on her ear, “Just Breathe” on her rib cage and a dream catcher on her side.

Cyrus’s latest tattoo isn’t the only exciting news she has recently revealed. She just announced she was headed to the altar with her boyfriend Liam Hemsworth.

In recent weeks, Hemsworth, 22, whom Cyrus met in 2009 on the set of The Last Song, popped the question with a Neil Lane 3.5-carat stunner, to which Cyrus accepted.

“Life is beautiful,” she tweeted. “I love you more today than yesterday but I love you less today than I will tomorrow….”
