Picture 9Carly Rae Jepsen fans rejoice, she’s just released a new video, a collaboration with Owl City.

The video is for song “Good Time,” which is from Owl City’s upcoming album The Midsummer Station. The song was released as the lead single from the album on June 26.

The music video went viral in recent weeks and has garnered over 3 million views. It was reportedly directed by Declan Whitebloom and released on Owl City’s official Vevo. “It’s always a #goodtime going camping with @CarlyRaeJepsen,” Adam Young of Owl City, tweeted on the same day as the video’s release, reportedly.

Jepsen sits in a car in the new video and waits for her friends to join her. They drive off, away from the city while the shot transitions into Young with his own group of friends driving down another road. Both crews eventually meet at a cabin and begin to party.

The video is proving to be quite popular but it’s nothing compared to Jepsen’s previous hit video for “Call Me Maybe” which collected over 100 million views. The song was first released by Jepsen in previous years and was the lead single of her second album “Curiousity.”

“Call Me Maybe” hit international fame as thousands of Internet users remade the music video lip-synching to her lyrics. Celebrities joined in the fun too, including fellow Canadian Justin Bieber. Bieber starred alongside his girlfriend Selena Gomez and friend Ashley Tisdale and lip-synched the famous lyrics “Hey, I just met you, and this is crazy, but here’s my number, so call me, maybe.”

Katy Perry remade the song in a video too but it wasn’t only celebrities that posted their own versions of the video. A handful of sports teams took on the hit including the women’s rowing team of Southern Methodist University in Texas, University of Florida’s baseball team, Monmouth women’s lacrosse, and Texas State baseball, among others.
