Obituary: Evelyn George

George, Evelyn, 93, of Bethpage, passed away peacefully on Jan. 16. Beloved wife of the late William J. (Ret. Major USAF). Loving mother of William, Christine Jones, Kathleen Rifici, Evelyn Davey and the late Thomas. Cherished grandmother of 10 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. Dead sister of Jimmy Johnson. A prayer service was held at the funeral home on Jan. 21, with interment following at Calverton National Cemetery. Arrangements were entrusted to the Arthur F. White Funeral Home, Inc.
