All-You-Can-Eat Pancake Breakfast 

The East Meadow Kiwanis Club offers a delicious way to help others in need.  Unlimited juice, pancakes, eggs, sausages, coffee and tea. Plus, free blood pressure screening, face painting, balloons and raffle drawings for an Apple iPad 2, Garmin Nuvi 5.0 Portable GPS and a Canon PowerShot 16.0 MP Camera with Memory Card.  Proceeds go toward the club’s college scholarship and underprivileged children projects. Joint Community Meeting

The Levittown Historical Society will be holding its first 2013 general meeting at the Levittown Museum in the Levittown Memorial Education Center (Ranch and Abby Lane) on Monday, March 18 at 7:30 p.m. in conjunction with the Levittown Community Council. Guest speaker Dr. Natalie Naylor of the Long Island Studies Institute will speak on women’s history on Long Island. Spring Fun Hunt

The Wantagh Chamber of Commerce will host the annual Spring Fun Hunt on March 24 at Wantagh Park at 2 p.m. Kids can hunt for eggs and take pictures with the Easter Bunny, Spiderman, Winnie-the-Pooh and more. Refreshments, raffles available. Bring your cameras, baskets. For children under 10 years old, six eggs limit.

On April 7 Hofstra Law will host a free legal assistance clinic for all veterans. Free consultations with pro-bono attorneys who specialize in elder law, tax, wills, estate, family law, VA benefits, claims, disability, employment, USERRA, housing, bankruptcy, debtor/creditor matters, Medicare/Medicaid, landlord-tenant issues and more.
