On April 7 Hofstra Law will host a free legal assistance clinic for all veterans. Free consultations with pro-bono attorneys who specialize in elder law, tax, wills, estate, family law, VA benefits, claims, disability, employment, USERRA, housing, bankruptcy, debtor/creditor matters, Medicare/Medicaid, landlord-tenant issues and more. The Holy Innocents Knights of Columbus is holding an RSVP fundraiser, proceeds to benefit Seminarians with their expenses in studding to become priest. The event will be at the Council Hall, 3581 Jefferies Road, Levittown on April 14 from 2 to 6 p.m. Cost is $25, includes beer, wine, soda and food. Tickets can be purchased at the council bar. Ladies, do you love to sing? Twin County Chorus has a place for you. Women of all ages who enjoy singing are invited to join the Twin County Chorus of Sweet Adelines International in the joys of a cappella harmony.
