On April 7 Hofstra Law will host a free legal assistance clinic for all veterans. Free consultations with pro-bono attorneys who specialize in elder law, tax, wills, estate, family law, VA benefits, claims, disability, employment, USERRA, housing, bankruptcy, debtor/creditor matters, Medicare/Medicaid, landlord-tenant issues and more. The Farmingdale Bethpage Historical Society of Long Island will hold their 49th Annual Founders’ Day Dinner on April 23 at 6:30 p.m. at the Blue Lagoon Restaurant at 677 Farmingdale Road (Route 109) in West Babylon. Tolerance Benefit and Auction

One of the most enjoyable benefits on Long Island, the event brings together leading philanthropists and community leaders to support the Holocaust Memorial and Tolerance Center’s emphasis on teaching children how to be Upstanders against hatred, intolerance and bullying. Strawberry Festival

The Farmingdale Bethpage Historical Society of Long Island will hold their annual strawberry festival on the Village Green at 2 p.m.
