Obituary: Edna M. Pokorny

Pokorny, Edna M., of Levittown, died on May 16. Fifty-year member of the Ladies Auxiliary VFW Post 9592. Beloved wife of the late Aldrich W. Pokorny. Loving mother of William (Pamela), John (Kathleen McHugh), Gerard, Mary Ellen Blasenstein (Robert), Ann Marie, and the late Thomas and the late Roger (Evelyn Cortes). Cherished grandmother of eight and dear aunt of many. Services were held at Thomas F. Dalton Funeral Home, Levittown Chapel. Funeral mass was held at St. Bernard Catholic Church. Interment was held at St. Charles Cemetery in east Farmingdale.
