Music Students Perform In ‘Friends of The Library’ Recital

Plainview-Old Bethpage John F. Kennedy High School music students recently performed in the Plainview-Old Bethpage Library’s 15th Annual Friends of the Library Recital. The student performance included sections of vocal, piano and guitar music, as well as Chinese zither selections. The event also featured a Chinese yo-yo segment performed by members from the Plainview Chinese Cultural Center. This year’s recital was dedicated in memory of a Plainview-Old Bethpage ‘Friend of the Library’ community member, Rosemary Stewart.
