The parents putting together this year’s senior prom, or Gambol, at Schreiber High School are holding a dinner at Finn MacCool’s on Jan. 22 to raise funds for the annual event.
The dinner, which starts at 7 p.m., will feature psychic Jane McQuade, who will conduct an open reading for those in attendance.
The evening will include a silent auction that will feature a signed acrylic on canvas painting by Port Washington resident and actor/artist Burt Young. Bidding begins at 7 p.m. and continues throughout the evening.
A three course dinner will be served, a glass of wine, beer or soft drink is included. The evening will conclude by announcing the winners of the silent auction and raffles.
Cost for this event is $70 per person, $130 a couple; at the door, $80 per person. For more information email gambol2014@yahoo.com.
