One hundred twenty-six Plainview-Old Bethpage Central School District high school and middle school students recently participated in the Nassau Educators Music Association All-County Music Festival. The students were selected to represent their community in the festival based on teacher recommendations as well as their previous performances in the New York State School Music Association Solo Festival.
The student-musicians had the unique opportunity to rehearse with guest conductors and musicians from the entire state and performed at the Tilles Center for the Performing Arts at LIU Post.
