Florence Ludlam (nee Gallagher) of Syosset, died on Jan. 29, 2014 in the comfort of home and family.
Devoted and adored wife of the late Al Ludlam Sr. Beloved mom of Al Jr. (Ginna), and grandma to Meghan and Melissa. Sister of the late Horace, William, David, and Katherine Gallagher, Mary Brooks, and Lydia Kania. Survived by nieces and nephews Diana Kania, Florence LaConti, David, Sean, James, and Daniel Gallagher, and Tami Lynn Auricchio, and Godson Charles Bullard. Affectionately known as Aunt Florence to the Foley family.
Florence will long be remembered as being very active in the Doubleday Babcock Senior Center, the East Norwich United Methodist Church, and especially the Celia Flower Food Pantry. A gentle and loving soul has joined her ‘Hon’ in heaven, and will forever be looking down upon us.
