On Tuesday, Feb. 26, 112 sophomores were inducted in the Exemplars Honor Society. The purpose of the Exemplars Honor Society is to recognize and promote academic achievement and overall character for sophomores, as well as to participate in community service.
in order to be eligible, tenth grade students must earn a minimum unweighted GPA of at least 3.7 in 9th grade, or a minimum weighted GPA of 3.8. Members must also have participated in two activities or athletics in 9th grade. Candidates have provided two recommendations from two current teachers and have completed five hours of community service.
