Nassau County Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying the man who robbed a Flower Hill Bank on Jan. 23.
At 3:32 p.m., an unidentified man entered the Capital One Bank on Northern Boulevard when police say he approached a teller, presented a demand note written on a blue deposit slip, and made a verbal demand for money.
The teller complied and the man fled on foot westbound on Northern Boulevard.
The man is described as black, 6-feet tall and approximately 25 to 30 years old with a thin build wearing a black ski cap with gray lettering and a black nylon coat, blue jeans and brown work boots.
