North Hempstead Town Supervisor Judi Bosworth’s “biggest surprise” when taking over her new role on Jan. 1 was all the snow and all of the resulting potholes.
Bosworth credits the “extraordinarily dedicated” town staff for the quickly plowed town roads and the fast response to all of those new potholes.
In a meeting with the Great Neck Record, the new supervisor said that if a call is made to the town’s 311 phone number, reporting a pothole on a town road, the pothole will be fixed within 48 hours. For more on our interview with Bosworth, read the next issue of the Great Neck Record.
