Manhasset Lane Closures Begin

PSEG Long Island will be working on the Southwest corner of the intersection of Route 25A/Northern Boulevard and Searingtown Road in Manhasset through mid-April to do transmission work for the Americana Mall. The majority of the work will be performed at night.

For the protection of motorists, there will be the following road closures, weather permitting:

• March 31-April 4^th-One east bound lane on Route 25A/Northern Blvd and one southbound lane on Searingtown Rd.
• Sunday April 6^th – One east bound lane on Route 25A/Northern Blvd and two south bound lanes on Searingtown Rd.
• April 7^th thru April 10^th – One east bound lane on Route 25A/Northern Blvd and one southbound lane on Searingtown Rd.
• Sunday, April 13^th – One east bound lane on Route 25A/Northern Blvd and two south bound lanes onSearingtown Rd.
• April 14^th thru April 17^th – One east bound lane on Route 25A/Northern Blvd and one southbound lane on Searingtown Rd.

Motorists are urged to use alternate routes as they will experience delays on the east bound side of Route 25A/Northern Boulevard and the South bound side of Searingtown Rd. The westbound lanes on Route 25A/Northern Boulevard and northbound lanes on Searingtown Road in this area will remain open.
