The Sewanhaka Central High School District will hold its 2014-15 budget discussion meeting on April 2 at 7 p.m. as a public forum in the board room at Sewanhaka High School.

The joint civic association meeting will be held on April 3 at 8 p.m. at the Floral Park Recreation Center. Topic of discussion will be the proposed renovations to the Floral Park pool. All are welcome to attend.
Saturday, April 5
Floral Park’s Parade of Heroes and St. Baldrick’s event on Saturday, April 5. Parade steps off at 1:30 p.m. from village hall, arriving at Trinity Restaurant on Jericho Tpke.

The Floral Park Historical Society Meeting will meet at Centennial Hall on March 6 from 1 to 5 p.m.
Monday, April 7
The Village of Floral Park will hold the Reorganization Meeting on March 7 at the Village Court Room at 8 p.m.

The Floral Park Village budget hearing will be held on Tuesday, April 9 in the village court room at 8 p.m.
Mothers’ Club meeting will be held at United Methodist Church, 35 Verbena Ave. on Wednesday, April 9 at 9 a.m.
The Floral Park Lions’ Club will meet on Wednesday, April 9 at 12:15 p.m. at Crabtree’s Restaurant.

Wednesday, April 11
The Floral Park Women’s Club will hold “Fun Nite Out” on April 11 at 7 p.m. at St. Elisabeth’s Church on Harvard St. Prizes, raffles, vendors, games available. Cost is $15 per person, reserve before April 3. Proceeds benefit the Women’s Club Scholarship Fund. Call Sandy at 516-328-9042 for information.
Saturday, April 12
The annual Easter Egg Hunt will be held on April 12 at 10 a.m. at the Stewart Manor Country Club. All children are welcome to participate, arriving with basket in hand. The Easter Bunny is likely to make a special appearance.
The Recreation Center’s annual Easter Egg Hunt will be held on Saturday, April 12. A 9:30 a.m. start in the tiny town area for children ages five and under. A 9:45 a.m. start in the stage area for children ages six and older.

The North End Civic Association will meet on April 17 at 7:30 p.m. at the Reliance Fire House.
