It’s Time for Tea
The Oyster Bay Historical Society opens its spring exhibition, It’s Time for Tea!, on April 6. It will be on view at the Koenig Center, 20 Summit Street, through June 8. It features ceramics by members of the Long Island Craft Guild’s Clay Media Group: both functional and sculptural work relating to tea are for sale. Mansions at Mill Neck Manor
Victoria Crosby, noted journalist and poet, will present “Mansions of England and North America” at 6:30 p.m. Admission of $30 includes the tour, lecture and light refreshments. Reservations are required and may be done online by or by calling 516-628-4243. Sign language interpreters will be available for guests who are deaf, provided a request is made in advance.
Hearing Screening
Screening for adults, and children ages 5 and up will be provided by an audiologist from Mill Neck Manor Audiology at 10 a.m. at the Locust Valley Library. A Brush With Cocktails
The Oakcliff Sailing Center at 2 South St. offers A Brush With Cocktails, an opportunity to paint, wine and dine on April 10 from 7 to 9 p.m. Indulge your inner artist. Join Oakcliff for an evening of cocktails, music, food and fun with friends. Follow step-by-step instructions from a talented artist and take home your very own masterpiece and many great memories. Picture Frame Design
DIY- Accordian Picture Frame Design for Young Adults, 7 p.m. at the Bayville Free Library, 34 School St. Kick off Spring Break and turn old DVD cases into a usable picture frame. Bring six pictures to create a masterpiece, open to children who are 10 years old and up. Visit the library to register.

AARP Driving Course
The Locust Valley Library offers an AARP Driving Course on April 11 at 9:30 a.m. There is a non-refundable $20 fee for AARP members; $25 fee for non-members. Kiddie Egg Hunt
The Locust Valley Library holds an Egg Hunt on April 11 from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Children ages 2-5 are invited to join them for an egg hunt, stories, and a craft. Pat The Easter Bunny
Raynham Hall Museum, at 20 West Main Street in Oyster Bay, hosts its Annual Easter Egg hunt on Sunday, April 13. The gates open at 11:30 a.m. Children should bring their own baskets for gathering the eggs and parents should bring their camera for the memory. In case of rain, the Easter Bunny will find his way indoors to visit the children. The hunt is best for children ages 3-8. This is a free event, however, please call the museum to register at 922-6808.
Opera Night
You are invited attend the Opera Night concert at Christ Church on April 12 at 8 p.m. for Arias, Art Songs and music from some of the most eloved operas: La Boheme, Madame Butterfly, Turandot, Tosca. The suggested donation is $15. For information call the parish office at 922-6377.
Teen Job Fair
The Locust Valley Library holds a Babysitting Job Fair from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Parents can drop in and meet teens who have completed a Babysitting Workshop and learn about their experience. Pysanky Egg Workshop
Raynham Hall Museum welcomes Anita MacDougall to demonstrate decorating eggs Pysanky Style at noon on April 13. Anita will discuss the traditional Ukrainian method of creating decorating blown out eggs. This workshop is strictly limited to 12 participants. It is best for children between the ages of 8-12.
