Administrators and faculty from Port Washington’s Vincent Smith School teamed up with Morgan Stanley volunteers to help the school plant dozens of flowers throughout its four-and-a-half acre grounds and “spring clean” two buildings.
Working with the school “offers us an additional opportunity to make a difference in the communities and neighborhoods in which we live and work,” said Morgan Stanley representative Jeffrey Reiss.
“The grounds of the school look beautiful and students and faculty will enjoy [Morgan Stanley’s] hard work for many months to come,” said Arlene Wishnew, head of Vincent Smith School.
The school “looks forward to a continuing partnership with them each year,” Wishnew said.
