Nicole Connolly, student-athlete at Division Avenue High School in the Levittown School District, has signed a National Letter of Intent to continue track and cross-country competition at LIU Post.
Nicole holds five high school records in the Steeple Chase, 3,000-meter, 4K, 5K, and 1,000-meter events. In addition, she continues to break her own records. Nicole was designated as All-County in both 2013 and 2014, and received the designations of All-Conference and All-Division for all four years of high school. She received a certificate of merit for All-County and competed in the New York State Championship meet her junior year, where she finished 43 out of 126 runners.
When she is not on the high school track, Nicole continues to pound the pavement. In 2013 and 2014, she ran two half marathons.
