The Seventh Squad reported the arrest of six males for Criminal Trespassing that occurred on July 6, 2014 at 4 p.m. in Massapequa Park.
According to detectives, police received a call for kids trespassing inside a professional building located at 1035 Park Blvd. Detectives were able to obtain video footage from the owner and after an investigation, the following defendants surrendered to the Seventh Precinct:
Michael Drosihn, 19, of 319 Forest Ave., Massapequa. Defendant Drosihn was arrested on July 24 and was arraigned at First District Court, Hempstead on the same day.
Samuel Purish, 17, of 122 Biltmore Blvd., Massapequa. Defendant Purish was arrested on July 25 and was released on a Nassau County Desk Appearance Ticket, returnable to First District Court on Aug. 8, 2014.
Michael Kendrick, 17, of 128 1st Ave., Massapequa Park was arrested on Aug. 18 and released on a Nassau County Desk Appearance Ticket , returnable to First District Court on Sept. 3, 2014.
Jonathan Jones, 16, of 4 Cedar St., Massapequa was arrested on Aug. 25, 2014 and released on a Nassau County Desk Appearance Ticket, returnable to First District Court on Sept. 10, 2014.
Thomas Nicoletti, 16, of 201 Brendan Ave., Massapequa Park was arrested on Sept. 1, 2014 and released on a Nassau County Desk Appearance Ticket, returnable to First District Court on Sept. 17, 2014.
Antonio Halstead, 18, of 700 Broadway, Amityville was arrested on Sept. 10, 2014 and released on a Nassau County Desk Appearance Ticket, returnable to First District Court on Sept. 24, 2014.
The defendants are being charged with Criminal Trespassing in the third degree. Defendant Drosihn is also charged with Criminal Mischief, fourth degree and Criminal Contempt, second degree from an unrelated incident.
