The Narcotics/Vice Bureau reports the arrest of an Amityville man for Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance that occurred on Thursday, Oct. 2 in Massapequa Park.
According to detectives, on Thursday, Oct. 2, detectives conducted a narcotics investigation at which time the defendant Dominique D. Lawrence 24, of 39 Glenmalure Street sold an undisclosed amount of heroin to undercover detectives at 6 p.m. and again at 9:47 p.m. on Carman Road in Massapequa. The defendant was placed under arrest without incident.
Lawrence is charged with two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd degree and two counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 3rd degree. He will be arraigned on Friday Oct. 3 at First District Court in Hempstead.
