The North Shore Child & Family Guidance Center, which has offices in Roslyn Heights, will host its annual gala at the Garden City Hotel on Saturday, Nov. 1. The night honors the Center Executive Director Andrew Malekoff. The theme for the night will be Dancing With Our Stars.
Len Berman, well-known sportscaster/author will serve as the evening’s emcee and the live auctioneer will be Greg Buttle, former All Pro Linebacker for the New York Jets and current color analyst for the Jets Radio Network.
Malekoff has worked at the Guidance Center for 38 years. Malekoff is the author of hundreds of professional publications and is a leading statewide advocate for universal access to children’s mental health care. The event co-chairs are Josephine and Floyd Ewing Jr. and Nancy and Lew Lane.
