We are in a great position this year to elect a new member of the Town Council in the 2nd District, which covers Albertson, East Hills, East Williston, Glenwood Landing, Greenvale, Herricks, Manhasset Hills, Roslyn Harbor, Roslyn Heights and Searingtown. As a Nassau County Legislator, I support Bonnie Parente for the seat.
After working with Bonnie over the years and in several capacities, including her capacity as Village Liaison to the East Williston Fire Department whom we just gave a legislative grant for a new radio room, I know her dedication first-hand. To show how much I support Bonnie, I honored her last year as a 2013 Woman Trailblazer of the Year. I stand by that designation as it fits her well.
As a colleague in the law, a resident of the Town, and a friend, I support Bonnie Parente. I also know her parents, Patricia and Louis Santosus. They raised her to be an active member of her community. When it comes to issues affecting the Town’s residents, she will dive right in. Help me to get out the vote for Bonnie Parente on Nov. 4.
