Tickets Available For Holiday Songfest
Tickets for the Village of New Hyde Park’s Holiday Songfest are now on sale in Village Hall at 1420 Jericho Tpke. in New Hyde Park, Monday-Friday, 8:45 a.m to 4:15 p.m. The show is Friday, Dec. 12, at 7 p.m. and Sunday, Dec. 14, at 2 p.m. in the William Gill Theatre on the second floor of Village Hall. Tickets are $3 per person.

Post 5253 Bazaar
The Ladies Auxiliary, VFW Post 5253 of Albertson is having their annual Holiday Bazaar 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.. at 155 Searingtown Rd., in Albertson. The proceeds from the bazaar are used for veterans as well as active military service people. Last year’s proceeds were used to send packages to troops stationed in Afghanistan through Adopt-A-Platoon. Soldiers and chaplains at remote bases request items that are needed. Items needed range from Pop Tarts, energy bars to foot spray and paperback books.
