The High Cost Of College

Barry Fox, BA, MA of College Finance Consulting College Access, Inc. and a member of the New York State Financial Aid Administrators Association recently returned to the Garden City Public Library for his 30th year to make a presentation on how to  beat the high cost of college. Fox talked to the audience of parents and students about filling out the FAFSA form, how financial aid offices determine awards, the New York State TAP program, and the special situation of divorced or separated parents.
