The Plainedge Girl Scouts of Troops 3138, 3304, 3380, 3476, 3602 handed out programs, sorted donation food for Island Harvest and aided families in writing holiday cards to thank the soldiers this holiday season.
The next event was donating presents to Little Flowers Foster and Adult living care in Wading River. Plainedge was assigned to Theresa’s Cottage where there are girls from the agse of 11 to 17 in a house.
The troops donated toys, clothes and accessories, making each girl have a present to unwrap under the tree this holiday season.
