The Greater Long Island Running Club (GLIRC) recently presented a check in the amount of $5,000 to the Long Island Chapter of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society out of the proceeds of the 2014 Bethpage Federal Credit Union Ocean to Sound Relay.
Richard McWalters, Team in Training Campaign Manager for the Long Island Chapter and Eva Casale were on hand to accept the $5,000 check from Ocean to Sound Relay Director Glen Wolther and his wife Donna Rosen.
