On Saturday, Jan. 24, North Shore residents were not stopped by the four inches of heavy snow dumped in their backyard. The brave and hearty were all out enjoying the 75 percent savings on merchandise available on the Miracle Mile and the Americana Shopping in Manhasset.
With the anticipated closing of the last C Wonder store on Long Island, shoppers flocked to see what wonderful buys could be garnered from the extensive stock that has been gathered in this location. This store, in addition to the two NYC stores, are the last of the chains stores to remain open until probably the end of the month.
Numerous other stores had sales including Ralph Lauren and Brooks Brothers which kept shoppers busy. Outside the parking lot was cleared by massive equipment and the mountain of heavy snow was melted by machine. No worries on parking or missing great sales.
So if you are bored being co-oped up at home. Go over to the Americanae Manhasset where you can enjoy a day of shopping, facials or anything and everything, as well as wonderful restaurants and dining.
