Womens Club Meeting

The Women’s Club of The Congregational Church of Manhasset will celebrate its 74th birthday on Monday, Feb. 2. The program will feature Betty De Vries who will speak about “The Signers of the Declaration of Independence”, their families, and their lives following the signing of this famous document.
Betty De Vries is a long-time Church and Women’s Club member and a member of the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR). She has held prestigious positions in the DAR, including State Regent, New York, Vice President General and Reporter General.
The community is extended a cordial invitation to attend this interesting and informative program, which will be held in the church’s North Lounge. Please bring a sandwich and a friend and join the group at 12 o’clock for a pleasant afternoon. Birthday cake and beverages will be provided. The program begins at 1 p.m. in the event that you are unable to come at noon for lunch. The Congregational Church of Manhasset is located at 1845 Northern Boulevard, Manhasset.
