For the past 25 years, the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Scholarship Fund has invited members of the community to the annual scholarship dinner, which raises funds to help Roslyn graduates who have successfully completed their first year of college to continue their education.
Unfortunately, the fund will not be able to hold the dinner this year as originally planned. Nonetheless, the need for financial assistance for many of our students, and our commitment to providing it to them, are as vital as ever. As we celebrate the holiday honoring Dr. King in January, we urge all of our friends and supporters who might otherwise have attended the dinner this year to consider making a contribution to the Scholarship Fund so that our support for higher education can continue without interruption.
