North Hempstead Town Supervisor Judi Bosworth, Councilwoman Viviana Russell, Town Clerk Wayne Wink and Receiver of Taxes Charles Berman honored Bishop Lionel Harvey of the First Baptist Cathedral Church and the Unified New Cassel Community Revitalization Corporation (UNCCRC) at an event celebrating his 16th Pastoring Anniversary on March 28 at Verdi’s in Westbury. The town presented Bishop Harvey with a framed photo and proclamation in recognition of his service to the New Cassel community and to the congregants of his church.
