Island Harvest Acknowledges Floral Park

Representatives from Island Harvest recently visited Floral Park Memorial High School to recognize the school’s contribution to the organization’s food drive. Floral Park Memorial was awarded second place on Long Island, donating more than 3,000 pounds of food through a student council and social studies department led effort. The school’s student counsel is advised by Carolyn Faggioni. The school participates in the food drive annually.
