I endorse Chris Napolitano for re-election to the Mineola School Board. I have lived in Mineola for many years and have known Chris for a long time. I have seen the very positive changes that have occurred in the district in the past six years she has been on the board. Chris sincerely cares about the success of each student and although she lives in Williston Park, she respects every taxpayer from each corner of the district and fights hard to make sure that our tax dollars are well spent. I don’t know where this district would be had people like Chris not dug in and fought for us all. She has never been about one community or the other. For her, it’s been about student performance, financial stability and community values. I do not know Brian Widman well but if he is good enough for Chris, he’s good enough for me. Why fix what ain’t broke? Vote Napolitano/Widman to keep us moving in the right direction!
