NYCB Foundation Donation

fundThe Roslyn-based NYCB Foundation is supporting the efforts of the Family & Children’s Association (FCA) with a $15,000 grant.

The foundation supports community-based organizations that improve the quality of life for Long Islanders in need. Their grant, NYCB officials said, will enable the FCA to improve their computer and email systems, allowing staff to respond to clients more efficiently and effectively.

“We know that FCA devotes its dollars to client care leaving little for these types of upgrades, but the newer, cloud-based systems will help them better serve Long Islanders and that’s what we’re here for—better communication and service delivery,” said Dr. Marian Conway of the NYCB Foundation.

“The NYCB Foundation has been a steadfast supporter of FCA and this investment in our aging IT infrastructure will enhance our efficiency and help us do an even better job serving children, families and communities,” added Jeffrey L. Reynolds, FCA president/CEO.
