Each spring Morgan Park Summer Music Festival sponsors a talent competition for young musical performers who live or go to school on the North Shore, including those from Roslyn. This year, 35 extremely talented vocalists and instrumentalists between the ages of 9 and 19 competed in the Marguerite Suozzi Young Performers Talent Competition. The winners were invited to perform as part of the Morgan Park Summer Music Festival at a special concert featuring musically gifted local youth. Following the concert, the winners were presented with their monetary prizes.
