Registration is open for the Adult Education Program with the Sewanhaka Central High School District, open to district residents 18 years and older, offers classes such as recreational volleyball, ballroom dancing and an introduction to Microsoft Office, among others. FISH Of Floral Park Provides free transportation to and from medical appointments for senior citizens who are residents of the Floral Park/Bellerose area and cannot afford cab fare or who have no other means of transportation. Women with metastatic breast cancer are invited to join a support group that meets on Thursdays, from 5 to 6:30 p.m. The free group is a program of the Adelphi NY statewide Breast Cancer Hotline & Support Program and meets at the Adelphi University School of Social Work.
