It’s the time of year again when we start purposely putting ourselves in frightening situations. Whether it be a corn maze with people jumping out at you, or a full-on haunted house or terror, if those types of things thrill you, then read this list of some places to go.
The Chamber of Horrors at 1745 Express Drive N. in Hauppauge
This Suffolk County locale has a packed schedule of events to check out. On Fridays and Saturdays they have the trilogy of fear—three haunted houses for the price of one. On Sundays, they do kill the light where you travel through a house with only a single glow-stick to light your way. Bayville’s Adventure Park at 8 Bayville Ave. in Bayville
This turns into Bayville’s Scream Park for the spooky season. Being open every day, regardless of weather, be sure to put this attraction on your list.
