Long Island Restaurant Week is here once again, offering foodies the chance to try some of the area’s best cuisine for a great price. The bi-annual event not only promotes local dining, but helps boost commerce in a typically slow dining season. From Sunday, Nov. 1 through Sunday, Nov. 8, nearly 250 Long Island restaurants will offer unique three-course prix fixe dinners for $27.95 all night (except Saturday when it is only until 7 p.m.). There are several restaurants in Westbury and Carle Place offering Restaurant Week specials.
